LowEnd Lab is open to electric and double bassists of all ages and skill levels. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned player looking to refine your sound, you'll find something valuable here.

Sessions take place on the last Saturday of each month at Eagle Rock Covenant Church in Los Angeles from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Yes! Please bring your own bass (electric or upright) and any accessories you use regularly (cables, bow, etc.). A small backline is provided for shared use during the workshop.

Each session dives into key areas like technique, tone shaping, phrasing, improvisation, and musical interpretation.
Each instructor will provide downloadable resources before the session so attendees can start preparing in advance.
Students are also encouraged to bring in a piece of music they’re currently working on for review and feedback during the workshop.

Yes! We encourage one parent or guardian to accompany each child student for support. Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that only one adult attend per student under 16. Thank you for helping us maintain a comfortable and focused learning environment for all participants.
