6-Week Performance Program

Develop your time, feel, and musical awareness through real playing experience in an intimate jazz setting.

This is not a typical jam session.
This is a guided performance program designed to help you grow on the bandstand.

What This Is

A guided performance experience where you play alongside professional jazz musicians in a focused, small-group setting.

Each session places you in a real musical environment—developing your time, feel, and musical awareness through direct interaction with experienced players.

You won’t just study jazz.

You’ll experience how it works on the bandstand.

How It Works

Each week, you’ll receive:

  • 3 curated tunes covering different styles of jazz

  • Lead sheets (PDF) for each tune, along with a scale syllabus and practice tracks

  • Links to quintessential recordings of the weekly selections

5:00–6:30 PM
6:30–8:00 PM

$200 — 6-Week Program

  • One weekly session time

  • All 6 sessions included

  • Weekly materials (lead sheets, scale syllabus, practice tracks, recordings)

  • Guided playing experience with professional musicians

Special Rates

  • $180 — Early Enrollment (through May 1st)
    Limited early enrollment spots available in each session.

  • $160 — BSA Students (current & alumni)
